Matthew & Alex homeward bound after a great Sunday brunch overlooking the 18th hole. Bill & Jane arrived with Brian & James in tow and we were able to catch up with them over a tostada at the Nosh before relaxing by the pool. Salvatore’s Wine bar was closed so we managed to get a table over the marina at Terraza de Roma for a lovely meal, did I mention this is our restaurante favorita en la marina?. After Brian and James departed, nothing would do but to put a dent in the wine supply at the Villa. Monday morning arrived early as we awaited the rest of our guests for week two to arrive. Bruce and Darlene found the place no problemo and spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool once settled in. Tried Salvatore’s again and shared appy’s with some nice vino while admiring the dingy’s in anchored in at Marina Vallarta. ETB for me as I was still recovering from day one attempting to pace a professional.
